David Israelow, former Head Chef and Culinary Director of One White Street and Rigor Hill Market, will open Four Corners in Chatham, NY, in 2027.

The restaurant will occupy the former Blue Plate, a beloved local restaurant that served the community for 31 years before closing in 2024. The building dates back to 1850, when the village was known as Chatham Four Corners.

After years of searching for a space in the Hudson Valley, David and his team are excited to bring Four Corners to Chatham. The restaurant will be rooted in the history of the building and the community around it, while creating something distinctly its own: a welcoming, thoughtful gathering place built around good food, warm hospitality, and a strong sense of place.
